    Complete roof renovation following its collapse

    Status report, stability study and architectural plans, collaboration with contractor and client, and official report completed in Dutch for the Municipality of Vilvoorde.

    Installation of a bay window in the facade

    Technical status reports for the enlargement of a facade opening. Plans showing the existing and proposed layouts, along with the successfully obtained building permit.

    Study of the existing situation, status report provided to the client, investigation of the causes (defects) and proposed repair solutions.

    Moisture and insulation diagnoses

    Inspections for moisture, water damage, and insulation in occupied apartments, with detailed reports provided to clients.
